Some time soon my family's schedule will quiet down but until then we occasionally need a fast and healthy lunch/dinner.
Fishpeople provides not just quick seafood meals in a variety of sauces and chowder, but a healthy affordable and sustainable meal. Each individual pouch has a tracking number on it. You can connect your meal back to it's source. Fishpeople has a genuine relationship with the fishing communities from which they source sustainable seafood.
Fishpeople has a great assortment of chowders and seafood sauces: Alder Smoked Wild Salmon Chowder, Albacorn Tuna Thai Coconut Lemograss Entree and Dugeness Crab Bisque to name a few. You can eat them on their own with a little bread or put them over noodles, rice or a bunch of steamed vegetables. All of these entrees are gluten-free too.
I really enjoyed their Wild Salmon and Chardonnay Reduction Sauce Entree one evening when I found myself dining alone. I heated the BPA free pouch in the microwave for a minute then poured it over a plate of microwave brown rice, a little side salad and a glass of Chardonnay... I had a healthy, low calorie, delicious meal without any real effort. I also felt really good knowing that I was supporting a company that promotes US jobs and is concerned about protecting ocean habitats. Because the pouches can be heated in boiling water. I look forward to bringing them along when we go camping.
